Create annual sales expense forecast; lead North region sales team to realize the territory sales target. Manage and train the north region sales team Work with the existing distribution channels and develop more business opportunities Cooperate and participate the regional and country marketing activities Business strategies planning and implementation Qualifications Degree in Engineering (chemical, safety engineering, mechanical and automation etc required) Minimum 10 years of industry products sales experience, 5 years above sales management experience is essential, MNC sales experience preferred Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial market is essential, familiar with PPE products and market preferred Good leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skill.
