Preferably Mechanical/Materials/Polymer Successful commercial experience in plastics of 5-8 years Preferably in field marketing/ sales development role Market knowledge and customer contacts in relevant segment - EP/ Fibers/ Packaging Relevant technical experience - must be in mechanical design, processing or tooling for plastic components Cross functions project management experience. Comfortable with 40+% travel. Open mind for new opportunities. Self-motivated. Ability to work in & handle matrix organization. |
