Recommend appropriate HON solution and path forward Bridge commercial and technology teams for application and new product development Identify gaps and needs from market Field-based market intelligence VOC: Scoping needs and business drivers VOC: Translation of needs into CTQs and Functional requirements Assessment of Fit and Attractiveness Project Management - lead activities at HON to ensure realization of sale Lead commercialization activities (first 6 - 12 months) Good understanding of target market segments and players Identify and enhance understanding of target customers and opportunities aligned with business strategy and competency Assessment of Fit and Attractiveness Translation of needs into CTQs and Functional requirements Project Management - lead activities at HON to ensure realization of sale Develop commercialization plan (first 6 - 12 months) Qualifications Degreed Engineer Preferably Mechanical/Materials/Polymer Successful commercial experience in plastics of around 10 years Preferably in field marketing/ sales development role Market knowledge and customer contacts in relevant segment - EP/ Fibers/ Packaging Relevant technical experience - must be in mechanical design, processing or tooling for plastic components Cross functions project management experience. Comfortable with 40+% travel. Open mind for new opportunities. Self-motivated. Ability to work in & handle matrix organization. |
