University/College graduate in Foreign trade or mechanical subject
Relevant training experience of customer service or foreign trade business with at least 1 year related working experience
Fluent in English, both oral and written, cet-4 is must
Customer-oriented, Independent, honest, hard working and interested in learning
Strong inter-personal, communication skills
