Responsibilities:
- Establishes strategic recruiting plans and delivery services to increase recruitment effectiveness-employee fit, contribution, retention-and reduce recruiting costs. - Responsible for the full life cycle of experienced hire recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, on-board, selection and reporting. - Develops and implements an internal job posting and referral process. - Designs and implements effective campus recruitment programs and internship programs. - Maintains an up-to-date recruitment database and standardized job descriptions for all positions. - Proposing and implementing ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts that allow the company to recruit the skills, competencies, educational requirements and experience needed to achieve key business objectives. - Ensure deployment of best practices in recruiting with a cost efficient and timely manner, interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. Requirement: - Have passion for life and brand awareness. - Bachelor degree or above. - 5+ years experience on HR recruitment. - Good command of effective recruiting channels and appropriate methods. - Good ability of communication and organization. - Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. - Highly motivate, high energy, self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver. - Fluent English.
