| 1.To be responsible for communication with Managers and headquarters for delivery performance;
2.To ensure delivery commitments are met with internal departments by managing production daily activities and by implementing production schedule; 3.To supervise and monitor vendors' production efficiency, productivity and capacity utilization; 4.To monitor suppliers’ production capacity, production status and material control. 5.To coordinate with material depart and development department to ensure material are delivered on time by assigned suppliers; 6.To coordinate daily correspondences from suppliers & headquarters and to follow up issues relating to vendors’ delivery; 7.To monitor the daily output and make sure that assembly procedures are proper for optimum output and reflect to production schedule; 8.Ensuring the orders of excess materials must be received by future New buys within six months in order to avoid the claims from factories; 9.Following up the order enquires, e.g. labeling 10.Handling special projects/reports If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by recruitment_leechina@vfc.com |
