| Requirement/岗位要求:
1. In charge of materials team, including warehouse, pp&c and purchasing in accordance with ISO 9002 and Hi-p expectations. 2. Ensure that all records of materials transactions and documents are properly filed and maintained. 3. Ensure that regulations and Procedure governed by the China Custom authority is strictly adhere to 4. Select the most cost effective and reliable vendor and lead time; initiate cost down program from time to times; oversee the proper procedures for purchases of raw materials, components, tooling and all related finished goods 5. Develop and train all the logistics personnels to achieve the highest standard of work productivity and work ethics. 6. Ensure the integrity of stock is consistently maintained. 7. Manage the return of packaging materials. 8. Identify potential problems that may affect delivery performance. 9. Optimize storage utilization in relation to 5s and fifo. 10. Cost management in term of overtime and inventory control. 11. Ensure 5S in practice 12. Perform all other duties as the leader of warehouse, logistics, and purchasing.
