| - Bachelor degree or above, engineer diploma, major in electrical engineering / automation control, design institute background is preferred.
- More than 8 years working experience in AC drives application and sales, achievements of sales performance with proven record in project management of drive, PLC, automation control and application in petroleum, petrochemical, mining, steel, metallurgy and heavy industry etc. - Capability of handling big project independently, familiarity of manufacturing process - Good knowledge of cabinet design and function - Short planning capability, result oriented, leadership, entrepreneurial sprit. - Open mind, innovative, good communication, presentation, negotiation skill. - Industry, segment know how. - Good English skill.
