| Tasks:
- Basic Fluids Engineering - Prepare fluids specifications, block and circuit diagrams. Covering all media; hydraulic systems, oil and grease lubrication, water, air and nitrogen systems. - Detail Fluids Engineering - Prepare detail drawings of valve stands and components. Create circuits and BOMs for all media. - Engineering Liaison (Client) - Act as a link between Siemens and the Client. Answering Client questions by e-mail/telephone or attending Kick-off and Design meetings. - Engineering Liaison (Headquarters) - Provide fluids engineering know-how specific to the Chinese market (e.g. knowledge of Chinese equivalents to European Standards). Act as a link between SLC and headquarters where there is an split in design scope - Personnel Development - Identifying training & development requirements of engineering team. - Hours Control - Estimating and keeping track of hours required to carry out individual engineering tasks - Recruiting - Interviewing candidates to gauge technical knowledge - Quality - Ensure all drawings prepared by subordinates conform to all Siemens standards and that the engineering is of the standard expected by Clients of Siemens - Build up a fluids engineering capability in Cold Band. Education: - Bachelor degree or above with Mechanical Major - English language skills, including technical language Knowledge/Languages: - Knowledge of 2D Design with AutoCAD Mechanical - Familiar with the principle of fluids design technology and/or hydraulic engineering, have experience in rolling technology. - Good communication skills - English language skills, including technical language Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years experience as Fluids Project Engineer or Fluids Design Engineer for industry - Experience in Leading small/medium project teams and working in international teams If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn |
