1）Majored in Food Engineering /Food Science or similar background, bachelor’s degree is a must；
2）3 years experience on manufacturing management or quality control ；
3）Well skills in both writing and verbal communications in English；
4）Computer skill in office tools；
5）Strong team work and good communications；
6）Experience with baking or foreign company will be preferred。
