| Major Area of Responsibilities:
负责电梯轿厢,电气生产工厂的运营改善项目，包括立项，实施，项目状态跟踪，调整直至项目完成。 Be responsible for the operation improvement project of the CCA, ECP, including project initiation, project implementation, and project status tracking, until the completion for the project. 与工厂的计划，生产，IE,设备小组及R&D,PCM,SOURING,质量部门保持密切联系，确保项目顺利实施，按计划完成。 Cooperate with Planning, production, IE, R&D, PCM, SOURING, QUALITY department, be sure the new product and CR project implement smoothly in factory. 及时和主管人员沟通，反馈项目进展状况，主动积极地提出建议，使项目能够有效开展。 Communicate with line leader timely, give feedback about the project status, and actively make recommendations so that the project can be effectively carried out. 参与工厂产能，人员，预算的规划编制。 Involve in the planning and establishment for the factory capacity and budget. 接受主管的任务安排。 Follow up other tasks assigned by supervisor. 维持车间5S和EHS，承担本岗位的安全职责。 Maintain workshop 5S and EHS, Take the safety responsibilities of this job. Education Background教育背景: 大专以上学历，电气，机械工程相关专业。 College above major in electrical /mechanical engineering or equivalent. Skill, Proficiency技能及熟练程度: 英文书写流利，良好的口语能力，能够熟练应用办公软件，特别是PowerPoint. Strong communication skill of Mandarin and English (spoken and written).Sound PC skills, especially PowerPoint. Experience经验及经历: 至少5年以上相关工作经验，优秀的沟通技能和团队合作精神，愿意承担巨大的工作量。 Over 5 years related experiences in mechanical manufacturing industry, good communication skills, team sprits, willing to accept new challenges. Others其它: 前瞻性思考，积极主动，任务导向并具备较极强责任感。 Result-oriented, forward thinking and task driven, high degree of integrity, high sense of responsibility.
