| 1. Manage the Company’s members (Microsoft, Autodesk, Adobe, UGS and PTC etc) enforcement activities in China
2. Work with the country manager, committee and regional director to design the enforcement strategy to reduce software piracy levels 3. Liaise with relevant government agencies for enforcement actions at the national, provincial and local levels 4. Manage outside legal counsels and give them instructions in handling cases 5. Co-ordinate with member companies' legal representatives for the preparation and execution of legal documents for enforcement actions and to control and coordinate the case development 6. Conduct relevant law research and prepare papers for lobby meetings with government agencies 7. Represent the Company’s position to seek necessary law changes by lobbying with Chinese government officials and with relevant seminars, activities etc 8. Build allies with government departments, industry associations and local software companies for better enforcement and better IPR policy Key Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law 2. Around eight years relevant legal experience, ideally in the areas of administrative, civil and criminal litigation and intellectual property protection 3. Working knowledge of IPR laws, in particular the copyright laws and regulations in China 4. Strong management skills in analyzing, planning and implementing strategies 5. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 6. Relationship management experience and capabilities 7. Good understanding of software preferred 8.
