  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
1.To assist in organizing division events, such as Annual Sales Conference, Christmas party, annual dinner, etc.
2.To manage visitors' logistics( Invitation Letter, visa, hotel, tourist, etc)
3.To prepare internal administration documents
4.To sustain office supplies, equipment maintenance, cleanliness, security and safety
5.Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor, department Manager and site Manager.

Knowledge & skills requirement:
1.Bachelor degree with major in English, Marketing/Communication or Finance/Accounting
2.Computer software(Windows), good at EXCEL is a must, 
3.Ability to read, write and speak clearly and courteously in English & Mandarin 
4.Self- starter, customer service oriented
5.Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
6.Easy-going personality, quick learner
7.Willing to learn new things, innovative thinking
8.Knowledge and/or background on automatic preferred
9.Facility & building management background preferred
10.Thorough knowledge of the functions / capabilities of office facilities preferred
