Great China North Region Human Resource Management Trainee The successful candidate will have: University graduate with a minimum of three years experience in human resources function,preferably at managerial capacity for one year Strong interpersonal skills as well as effective presentation skills in contributing sound ideas with solid human resources knowledge,good personal character Effective communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese Flexible,well-organized,result-oriented and good team player You career direction: As Management Trainee of our Human Resources Team,after one and a half year,you will be providing a full spectrum of human resources services to internal customers,maintaining effective partnership with line management and business leaders to drive business growth through the provision of human resources services including recruitment,compensation administration and policy implementation.S/He will work closely with HR partners all round china branches and base in North China Region.Working location is Beijing or Tianjin.
