| Job Description:
Lead the project within the defined time, budget and quality framework to the satisfaction of the customer, ensuring business success and compliance with corporate governance Hold regular project status meetings and organize acceptance of milestone attainment, prepare necessary documents Ongoing monitoring of project status, taking into account corporate governance, early identification of discrepancies and initiating targeted measures/action Actively involved in the bid phase, analyzing customer requirements and examining their operational feasibility and transferability into a bid Examine the bid costing in terms of financial efficiency Involve the relevant partners in the bid phase Influence formulation of the necessary contracts Actively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements/targets Involve the customer in decision-making processes and provide regular information on project progress Ensure that the results of risk assessment are taken into account in contracts and in costing Conduct order negotiations Ensure risk monitoring in all project phases Involve the project team in the identification of claims Select partners based on strategic viewpoints Closely contact with design institute to obtain ongoing project information Communicate on a cross-team/regional level with internal contacts, follow up the quotation and purchase order from beginning to close Age: Above 30 years old Educational Qualification: University degree in the field of instrumentation/electrical engineering/automation technology Language: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English Professional Experience: Working knowledge of electrical engineering/automation (more than 3 years professional sales experience desirable) Over 3 years experience of successfully leading diverse teams on projects Knowledge of PM process, contract management, financing, sales process, risk & opportunity management, procurement & logistics, etc. Experience working with design institute and government Familiar with nuclear, food and beverage and petrochemicals industry If you are interested in this job, please be free to contact us by teachcn@yahoo.com.cn or recruit_china@bergerexecutive.com |
