You will be part of a dedicated Marketing Team working with specifc Business Units such as Kitchen Appliance, Garment Care, Floorcare, Shaving and Grooming and Beauty. Your Responsibilities: As a Marketing Manager at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, you will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing and sales in major geographical regions throughout the world. In the region you are responsible for, you will: ·Define product portfolio, pricing and marketing strategies ·Deploy marketing strategies in close cooperation with regional/national sales organizations ·Monitor sales, profit margins and logistics to initiate corrective action ·Analyze market opportunities and initiate growth plans for new markets ·Manage the new product introduction process. You will use your extensive experience to engender marketing excellence throughout your sales region, generating excitement through creativity and operational excellence through the improvement of marketing tools and processes. You’ll also play a key role in divisional marketing, product introduction, business planning and logistics management teams. Your success will be measurable through sales, profit margin and income figures; through demonstrated growth in Philips’ market share; and through the quality and timing of your new product introduction deliverables. This is a highly challenging position offering an attractive balance of strategic thinking and ‘hands on’ activity in an international business environment. It offers excellent potential for rapid career advancement, with successful candidates likely to move up to even more senior positions in the Philips organization within two to three years Your Profile: You are university degree or MBA qualified in a relevant subject area (for example, business administration or economics) and you have2-5 years experience and a proven track record of success in consumer product marketing, marketing communications, and product retailing/sales, ideally in the field of fast moving goods. You are highly entrepreneurial, visionary and creative, with a real aptitude for business. You have a consumer driven, results-oriented, approach to marketing and a natural affinity for fashion/lifestyle products. Your creative thinking and excellent inter-personal/communication skills allow you to inspire others. You must have excellent written and spoken English. It is not essential that you speak Dutch.
