-An internal IT support is responsible for an array of following activities. -Can perform network, server and workstation day to day maintenance. -Attend & resolve for Internal IT problem. -Follow & comply with the IT security process and conform with internal IT security audit/IGA policies standard -Follow the IT procedures established (e.g. Problem & Change procedures, etc.) -Perform Deskside supporting to Internal IT users. Job Requirements: Technical Skills: Bachelor degree/equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of working experience. Fluent (read/write/speak) in English. Ability to work on multiple tasks and priority setting with effectively identifies critical requirements and prioritizes tasks. Knowledge on Wintel and Unix system. Knowledge on Networking and relevant networking equipment, such as Routers, Switches, Firewall. Product-oriented certificates (e.g.CCNP) (preferable). Be familiar with office software as well as DB2, Tivoli, Lotus, Websphere is preferred. Good communication skills.
