| Job Description
- Responds to customer requesters, - Monitor Supply Plan and Finished Goods Inventory: 1) Monitoring demand forecast accuracy and GAR FG inventory 2) Establish inventory target based upon agreed customer service goals 3) Reconcile item and aggregate inventory targets 4) Manage slow moving inventory 5) Manage SKU rationalization - Coordination of new product scale up and transfer process between manufacturing. - Interface with internal and external customers to generate item level assembling and supply plan, make sure customer service goals are met - Be part of sales review, contribute to demand and supply plan and execution, - Hold regular interface meetings with regional planners to understand the demand trend and smooth demand and supply plan - Participates in projects such as capacity improvement, inventory reduction, cost reduction, customer service improvement, etc Requirement - College or University graduate. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in supply chain. Prefer international experience - Effective listening, written and oral communication skills,including conference call skills.(Mandarin & English) - Computer aptitude with strong PC application skills;Good e-mail, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel,Word & Power Point - Must work effectively as an individual contributor, as well as participate on teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Skilled at planning, supply chain, Logistics and Customer service - Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work. - Work experience in SAP is highly preferred.
