Job Description:
Location: HongQiao Development Zone, Shanghai, China.

Experience: 
-Minimum 3 years of aviation industry experiences
-Understanding of AirCrews desired, but not required
-Well understand the process, procedures and standardizing communications for airline Crew Management operations
-Experience in planning and coordinating crew roster assignment, such as flying duty, training duty, leave duty and so on.
-Experience in tracking of day of operation, such as ad hoc flight crew assignment, temporary duty swap, standby call out and etc.
-Experience in crew qualification, flying hours, duty hours and rest hours distributing, counting and checking to ensure the compliance of the rule and regulation.
-Understand roster assignment fairness from crew standpoint, such as credit hours, layover and overall payment

Qualification: Has excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Works well in a team environment; Participates in group design and brainstorming sessions; Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Good understanding of Airlines Dining and Cabin process.

General Description: General Description Under general direction, formulates and defines complex systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation of proper system requirement specifications. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May provide guidance and advice to less experienced business systems analysts
