| Key Responsibility :
Internal 1. Subordinates for performance planning and evaluation. 2. Officers of Credit for resolving credit problems of delinquent and problem accounts. 3. Liase with HK collection team for taking joint actions in solving debtors' complaint/problem. 4. WOFE's team member in information sharing among individual operation. 5. HK Recovery team by providing administration support. External Delinquent cardholders for repayment arrangements and resolving complaints. Requirement: 1. Basic knowledge in all functions of Unsecured/Secured portfolio operations. 2. Thorough understanding of SCB credit and control policies. 3. Knowledgeable in Hong Kong money debt regulation and Hong Kong litigation procedures. 4. In-depth knowledge of Credit Control Management System (CCMS), Computer Assisted Collection System (CACs) and Mosaix (Dialer). 5. Good analytical & negotiating skills. 6. Good leadership and supervisory skills. 7. Experience and understanding of use computer systems, specially P/C, Word for Windows, E-mail. 8. Minimun 5 years solid experience in banking industry.
