  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
Proactively source and expand Commercial Banking client relationships by maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring customer retention. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and develop a portfolio of clients and driving income through that portfolio by the ability to structuring end to end banking solution for the clients.;
Provide Commercial Banking clients with the full range of banking products, cash management, trade finance, credit facilities and innovative investment products, etc., so as to meet monthly, yearly target assigned.
Work with the relevant internal stakeholders and product management team to identify market requirements and opportunities; translate opportunities into business revenue; 
Comply with CAAML policy and be alert at all times to unusual or suspicious customers and activities.
Enhance customer service quality and minimize the customers' compliant and compliance issue.- No Level 1 complaint. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
At least 1 year solid experiences in the banking industry with extensive exposure to corporate customer relationship management;
Trade Finance knowledge with strong sales orientation is a plus;
Client acquisition - strong origination capabilities & proven revenue generator;
Client management 
- Relationship management skills;
- Good judge of potential qualified clients/deals. 
- Good at structuring deals to balance risk and reward.
Professional written and verbal communication both in English and Mandarin.
Results oriented, customer focused with a bias for action and sense
Self starter – takes independent initiative & drives for results.
Good analytical, innovation, business relationship and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of PRC banking related laws and regulations.
Effective and efficient team player.
