| Job Description:
Main responsibilities: Enhancing the internal control system and environment, driving process improvement, ensuring internal compliance to company policy and procedure, and external compliance in statutory and tax filing requirement. Provide support and constructive advice to the business. Developing employees through coaching and mentoring. Reviews book-keeping and purchasing to ensure legal compliance and accuracy in procedure and execution. Forecasts and monitors cash flow to ensure sufficient funding to cover expenses. Executes statutory and corporate periodic financial reporting requirements as outlined in local law and company policy. Ensures compliance with payroll and tax filing procedures. Manages relationships with banking and 3rd party suppliers. Establishes contracts and monitors supplier performance. Manages external and internal audits and Regional and Corporate reporting as required. Position requirements: University degree and Chief Accountant certificate. CPA or MBA with Finance major preferred. 8 years experience public accounting and 5-6 years in a multinational enterprise. Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis and strong organizational and communication abilities. Candidate profile: Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese. Able to translate, consolidate and prepare financial statements, budgets and forecasts. Manages interpersonal interactions of a complex and critical nature with individuals of different countries and cultures, inside and outside the company. Good record of problem-solving, independent decision-making, setting and working to tight deadlines. MS Excel, Word and CSC databases. Strong leadership skills.
