Main Job Duties :
Arrange and conduct Social Compliance and C-TPAT audits with factories; Related audit report preparation, Correction Action Plan follow-up; Collect and update relative national or local laws and regulations to guide and communicate factories; Update customers' Code of Conduct requirements and communicate to factories; Conduct and perform related training to factories; Coordination and communication with STL/Customers and factories; Handle system and paper work tasks that required by customers; Complete and assist other projects or jobs assigned by dept supervisor. Requirements : College or above; 3-5 years related working experience of Social Compliance, experience in manufacturing of shoe industry is preferred; Very familiar with local labor laws and regulations; Related experience in security, environment, health and safety is preferred; Good computer skill; Good command of both spoken & written English. hrdgo@brownshoe.com |
