| Main Responsibilities:
- Identifies contractual responsibilities of each functional department. - Provides sales/service contract interpretation and communicates necessary information to key personnel. - Supervises and prepares the administrative documentation to ship the customer’s orders. - Documenting orders in both SAP systems and company profile center in compliance with company filing system for easy tracking and auditing. - Lead to processes order acknowledge, billing, and resolve issues during contract executions. - Assures timely preparation of documents for freight, custom clearance, compliance of US export control policies; keep and manages records during project implementation. -Receives and processes incoming phone calls from customers, marketing campaigns, MTS’ internet site, or advertisement in cooperation with Marketing for prospects into the sales area. Make decision on best resource to talk to contacts. - Coordinates among customers, MTS factories and suppliers on delivery, installation, and aftersale activities; promptly answers customer inquiries. - Providing pre-sales support as cooridnation in quotes or bidding as needed. Position Requirements: - Bachelor degree in business, trading, logistics - Min 3 years of experience in similar funtion such as sales support lead , commercial supervisor ,customer servcie lead - Knowledge about international/national trade process law and regulations is a must - Able to communicate in written and spoken English - Able to function well with minimal supervision.
