Report to the subsidiary Board of directors and supervisor and to Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of controlling company Main Targets - To prepare the budget - To make sure that the tender portfolio is in line with order intake target - To check that the tenders are in compliance with the sales policy and risks are acceptable - To secure execution of contracts : invoicing , margin, payments and customer service - To manage human resources and adapt the structure - To identify gaps between our offer and local market needs in terms of offer, channels, equipment adaptation, and put in place relevant action plans and propose business case to EGIC/COELME TOP Management - To manage his team in minimizing costs and maximizing result in a good spirit - To build up a high skilled team in limiting turnover Requirements: - Expatriate or Chinese with international experience - Educational background: BA degree and electrical and/or mechanical engineering is preferred but not mandatory - Languages: Fluent English.
