Job Description:
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved ) - Develop a realistic and consistent Patient Education Plan of products in line with Novartis processes and corporate strategy. - Implement and critically review the tactical plan in line with corporate strategic product objectives. - Deeply understand the environment of Chinese consumer market and find out the effective ways to do the patient education programs . - Management, training and coaching for the number of associates ( patient education executives , customer service officers ). - Totally responsible for the patient education budget, strategy, planning, action and development , The management of customer service center, and the database marketing. - Communicate effectively within the relevant person (internal & external) to ensure the achievement of Patient Education objectives. - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers to support current and future business activities. - Monitor and control patient education performance.. - Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant. Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level) Education: Bachelor degree or above in Life Science qualification Extra business education( MBA) preferable Experience: Pharmaceutical company working experience qualification Patient Education or ,Senior Sales /Marketing manager qualification Comments: - It's necessary to control the whole patient education strategy and organi-zation development. - Should understand relevant therapeutical area and the product knowl-edge. Comments: - All the strategy focus on the consumer is the most necessary ability. - Understanding the company and product strategy is key. - Strong communication skills are essential. - Good presentation skill is necessary. |
