The ideal candidate should possess the following: - Native Speakers - A bachelor's diploma with a minimum 2 years post diploma work experience - 2 years' teaching experience or teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) - Understanding and interest in Chinese culture - Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes - An energetic and enthusiastic disposition - English language fluency; proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm Class & Curriculum: - Instructing Spoken English to young learners ages 3-14 years old - Maximum of 20 teaching hours per week - Maximum of 16 office hours per week - Maximum of 20 students per class - Smart board technology - SOP, training, and teaching materials are provided - Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities Remuneration Package: - Monthly salary between 11,000 and 14,000 CNY per month - All working documents sponsored - Health insurance provided - Up to 10,000rmb airfare reimbursement provided upon completion of the contract - 10 days paid holiday per year - Paid group building activities; paint ball, river tubing, KTV, skiing - Teaching assistant provided On behalf of the entire New Oriental team, we look forward to the possibility of working with you |
