Supreme Court Rules that BYOB violates ‘Inequality Clause’

The supreme court of China recently upheld a law that falls under the ‘Inequality Clause’ that says that restaurants are not allowed to forbid you to bring your own booze. They go on further to say that setting a price limit for the minimum a customer must spend is also a violation of this law.
The court say that customers can now report an establishment for breaking this clause. That seems a little drastic as the number of complaints they will get is sure to be abundant.
