1、Consult for the logistics business and Solve the complaint. 2、To be in charge of all the requirements from customers, communicating with other departments in time. 3、To collect the information from other departments and return to customers in time. 4、To manage the requirements from customers in time and invoice it to manager. 5、To discriminate the documents and solve the documents 6、To upgrade and collect files of management and responds new data to sale reporting, with relevant systems. Job Requirement 1、Familiar with forwarding industry,have knowledge of custom service. 2、About one year work experience in logistics customer service. 3、No less than Bachelor’s degree with major in logistics. 4、Fluent English. Having CET-6 will be preferred. |
