General Responsibilities:
-Overall sales activities in Nanjing area -Working Platform management -Achieve the sales targets. Detailed Responsibilities: -Be active and aggressive selling and promoting the DSV service. -Build own customer base through local sales activity. Establish own customer target list. -Well grasped the market information and competitor action. -Need quantity outdoors sales call. Develop sales leads and campaigns with overseas colleagues -Be a good team player by supporting the team with own experience gained through the years -Proactive to get support with Route manager and together with them to expand market. -Issue SOP and set up resources needed once new accounts secured -Work together with other team members to finish Nanjing Product, set up own project. -Entertain and reception on various visitors. Competency Requirements -Strong communication skill, service etiquette and real; -Strongly sales oriented with excellent service etiquette; -Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight; -Self disciplined and good time management; -Strong analytical skills and be solution provider; -Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline; Qualifications -Full range of industry knowledge, incl. Air & Sea freight operation & product; -Local market knowledge, including carriers, forwarders, customers situation.; -Good skilled in computer use, good spoken & written English, and Mandarin; -College degree above; -1 year working experience with sales or customer service in international shipping or forwarding company is required; -Accountable and responsible; Positive attitude under high pressure |
