Main Responsibilities:
1.Monitor routine third party logistics company operation in transportation, distribution and warehouse management; 2.Communicate and implement business requirements into third party logistics company execution; 3.Cooperate with customer service supervisor respecting to customer complaints on logistics service; 4.Monitor and report service KPI of third party logistics company, organize review meeting regularly; 5.Audit warehouse managed by third party logistics company regularly; 6.Assist logistics manager to prepare logistics contract and service agreement; 7.Assist logistics manager to continuously improve service level and logistics cost; Requirements: 1.College or above, major in economics, logistics or business administration is preferable; Better to understand ISO and 5S; 2.At least 5 years logistic experience in FMCG company; 3.Strong communication and coordination, negotiation skill, high responsibility and high initiative; Customer oriented; 4.Having the experience in finished goods warehouse management and 3rd party logistic operation; 5.Fluent at English reading , writing, and good at English listening, speaking.
