Candidates: Graduate Students with a major engineering(Electronics, Mechanics or Automation). Candidates with experience in motor and fan technology and/or electronics are our preferred choice. Job Description: The candidate will receive training in Germany and China. During the training period he/she will work together with sales representatives of the German sales organization for several months. In China she/he is part of the local Chinese sales organization and will quickly become responsible for customers and projects. Qualification: Our ideal candidate (prefer woman) enjoys selling of technical solutions to our customers successfully. Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written English and Chinese) are required. Candidates with good command of German are preferred. Development Perspective: Candidates have the opportunity to develop within our Chinese sales team up to product expert and/or management levels. According to their performance and talents they can also transfer to other functions and positions in within our Chinese affiliate.
