  • Position responsibilities and other requirements:
1.Advise Technical Supporting Managers and strengthen their abilities to offer strong technical support to sales team.
2.Assist Marketing Manager in launching new program and new products.
3.Plan, organize and conduct yearly, monthly training program.
4.Check TMIT's monthly training tests and make final score.
5.Preparing yearly Assistant District Manager evaluation, implement those evaluation on site for each Assistant District Manager and coach them once a year.
职位要求
1.Long relative experience in Food & Beverage Division.
2.Excellence in presentation.
3.Good communication skills.
4.Higher technical knowledge level in Food & Beverage Division
