| Position: Strategic Management; Organizational Behaviour; Marketing; Operational Management Lecturer (Non-English major)
Job Responsibility: Strategic Management; Organizational Behaviour; Marketing; Operational Management Lecturer will liaise with the Academic coordinator to achieve excellence in program delivery. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a thorough understanding of the culture and expectations of the Chinese students and the university. The course objective is to: • Help students attain learning objectives of the subject. Your duties will range from the preparation of course work, planning of classes and the marking of work handed in. You will of course spend a lot of time writing on blackboards and will also be responsible for the safety of students during your lessons. • Assist the course coordinator in evaluating the current programs, assessment tools, assessment policies and procedures and ongoing development of the programs in line with the industry regulations, audit requirement on purchase of equipment, teaching and learning resources. 1. SELECTION CRITERIA ESSENTIAL 1.1 Native English Speaking from USA, UK, AUS, Canada and New Zealand 1.2 Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm. 1.3 Minimum of master's degree or above in Management, Human Resource Management or MBA 1.5 A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the relevant industry 1.6 Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds. 2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 2.1 Age of students: 18-25 2.2 Number of students per class: maximum of 60 2.3 Each classrooms: is equipped with a computer, lcd, microphone, and speakers 2.4 Curriculum: developed and provided by Australia and American university 2.5 Teachers are responsible for developing and contributing to the existing curriculum; constructing lesson plans, partaking in scheduled meetings; and, keeping detailed records of their work and the work of their students. 3.
