JOB SPECIFICATION
General Overview
The Development Director is responsible for all company real estate matters within his/her assigned area or region of coverage. This will include:
Primary Roles:
1. New location development – identify, analyse, negotiate and sign up agreements to open new Regus centres in accordance with the company’s strategic and financial growth objectives.
2. Generating and maintaining working relationships with property owners, developers, investors and he Real Estate brokers.
Secondary Roles:
3. Contract extensions, renewals
4. Asset Management-related matters (eg re-negotiating contracts, auditing landlord recharges etc.)
