About Shenzhen Kindergarten |
Position:
Full-time.Kindergarten Teachers (Native English Speaker)
Location:
Shenzhen, China (a city right across the border from Hong Kong).
Starting Date:
1 September, 2011
Period of service:
One academic year contract. Yearly renewal an option.
Grade level:
Play group to Kindergarten, 2 to 6 years old
Teaching hours:
44 hours/week, normal of 5 working-day per week.
Qualifications:
* B.Ed. (Early Childhood Education),
* B.Ed. (Elementary education), or
* B.A. / B.Sc. with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in nursery schools, kindergartens or elementary schools (K-3). ESL qualifications preferred
Duties:
Class teaching in a bilingual classroom setting. Teaching duties include, (1) preparing weekly and monthly lesson plans, (2) written communication with parents once every week through student handbooks, (3) completing portfolios on children’s development, 4) working closely with fellow Chinese teachers to create a safe, caring, and friendly classroom environment, and (5) assisting in co-coordinating and organizing special school events.
Salary:
Starting from RMB 13,080 or RMB 16,730 per month after Chinese income tax (depending on qualifications and relevant experience).

BUPA clinical and hospitalization insurance, and Ming An accidental insurance.
Holiday:
42 paid school holidays + 10 paid sick leave days for a 1 year contract
