Customer Service Representative (French team)


Mission
:

In the area of international sales, you will have to work as a customer service representative in the French customer service team.


Your tasks:

-    Creating email templates for communication with our customers

-    Administration of and replying to incoming customer requests

-    Coordinate with the Customer Service Team

-    What we would like to communicate to our German customers: availability, consulting, support and customer care


Your Profile:

Independence, organizational skills, flexibility, accuracy and engagement.


We are looking for an articulate native French speaker who understands contemporary French culture and is proficient with French spelling and grammar.

You should have completed your education and possess experience working in a company (internship or job) in the field of Administration, Commerce or Customer marketing. In addition, you need to have good English skills and need to be comfortable with computer applications (Internet, email systems, Word, Excel, Power Point).


German language is a plus, but not required. With Myfab you can improve your German language skills.
