We are a United States based company widely regarded as leaders in the supply of aeration equipment for wastewater treatment and have an established track record of sales and installations in China.
We are seeking a talented individual for this challenging role who will have considerable experience in general management, sales / distribution, and engineering. This individual must enjoy working in a small team environment, multitasking and have had a senior position(s) in a well-established companies and be able to demonstrate a track of record of sustained success. They must also have the ability and desire to be "hands on" when required. Experience in an environmental industry is preferred and knowledge of Mandarin is essential. Key responsibilities of this position will include:
· Day-to-day management of company operation and small staff (assembly, inventory, accounting, travel, etc.)
· Assist in the development of the Chinese Sales Network, which includes working with existing company Representatives, hiring new Representatives / sub-reps, and potentially hiring direct sales employees
· Frequent communication with Headquarters in the US
· Working closely with Chinese vendors and logistics providers
· Ability to conduct sales training and sales seminars locally
· Overseeing equipment installation startup operations procedures and staff
· Semi-annual travel to USA headquarters for strategic management meeting and training
