This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to put their Chinese skills to use working for an established, high volume translation company. Chinese-English translators (freelance and in-house) work with a wide variety of subject matter and media types, from chemical engineering to haute couture and from legal contracts to video games.
Requirements
native speaker of English
excellent English writing skills
commercial translation experience is preferred but not mandatory
able to work with several projects simultaneously
ability to work on projects with aggressive deadlines
excellent reading comprehension in Chinese

Freelance
Simply log on to http://www.linguitronics.com/en/05career/01career01.asp and complete the translation test including 2 passages. We will inform you of the test result in 7-10 working days.
In-house
Translation test: the first step is the same with applying for freelancer, but you will have to put “in house” at the end of your translation
Freelancer: after you pass and become our freelance translator, you will start to receive projects. Your translation work will be reviewed to determine if you are qualified as an in-house once you complete at least 5 projects.
