As the critical member of our North Asian team, the REGIONAL CONSULTANT (based in Shanghai) will be assigned a growth sector and be responsible for delivering search or consulting projects within Greater China region. You should be good in connecting with people of different cultures as well as have strong passion in making a difference in talents' growth and clients' businesses. Coupled with a strong business sense, you are expected to value add as a business partner to client by providing strategic advice in their talent challenges and business needs.
Minimum requirements :
l Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
l At least 5 years of professional or consulting experience with strong industry knowledge. Prior working experience in managing accounts in a multinational environment is preferred
l Prior working experience in the Industrial, Chemical, Automotive or FMCG sectors in China are preferred
l Regional working experience is a bonus
l Excellent communication skills in both oral and written; Mandarin and English
