Business Communication Trainer
Duties
- To provide communication training to trainees with different levels
- To investigate in different individual communication problems and create tailored solutions
- To improve the communication level against different culture or business practices
- To conduct or transform behavior training internally
- To follow up the entire training process, from mapping through analyzing feedback.
Requirement
- Native English fluency
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience as a communication trainer in a MNC or a professional training institution
- Excellent communication skills with the awareness of different cultures, especially Chinese culture
- Professional business experiences, including in China
- Result oriented and drive actionable performance.
