MANDATE

Perform a variety of tasks as assigned by Dept. Head. These assignments will vary widely from day to day.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 a)     Knowledge:

  •   Top university graduates and master degree with the major of Economics, Business Management or Math.
  •   2-3 years working experience. The relevant work experience and understanding on banking/finance industry will be plus.
  •   At least with one of knowledge of marketing, economics, legal, finance, accounting
  •   Enrollment in CFA or accounting designation program is preferable.

 

b)    Skills:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and would like to move fast in their career
  • Able to work in a matrix environment with good team spirits
  • Ability to be proactive in managing existing priorities and seeking out additional responsibilities
  • Good ability to deal with multi-tasks with good time management and ability to prioritize
  • Mobility on both job and location assignment
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiastic attitude, and eager contributor to the team
  • Documentation and computer skills for managerial reporting
  • High proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese
