Duties:
l Communicate closely with the assigned customers, coordinate orientation and home search programs, based on their individual needs.
l Coordinate all accurate and timely reports required by corporate clients (service reports, market reports, etc)
l Assist Manager when required and perform any and all special tasks or duties directly related to business activities as requested by Management.
l To identify, review and report potential risk during offering services, take measures to avoid /reduce negative impact to SSF.
Requirements:
l Local Chinese member with college or bachelor degree
l Minimum 2~3 years relocation and/or real estate experience
l Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
