QQ International is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working back-end developer on a full-time basis who will work with our development team on the architecture, development and maintenance of the back-end of our website. The developer will be responsible for analyzing requirements, authoring specifications, testing and ensuring that all development work meets specifications whilst working closely with the product development and technical team.
Required Skills
? A degree in computer science or information technology, and three to five years of experience doing back-end web development
? Advanced knowledge of PHP and MySQL and in Linux environment; proficiency with Apache and Nginx; experience with C in Linux environment preferred
? A strong background in object oriented programing and design
? Development experience with social networking services desired
? Ability to work in a team environment where co-operation between developers is essential, but also able to work under one’s own initiative on individual projects
? Good time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
? Fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin; fluency in another language is a plus
