Job Description: Dynamic design, engineering, and manufacturing firm seeking experienced project manager/administrative assistant. The job requires an acute attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to meet deadlines. Direct responsibilities will include project development management, maintaining customer relations, maintaining and updating project schedules, following up on tasks with international team members, and ultimately keeping projects on time and going beyond the call of duty for our company and the customer.
Requirements;
- Native English Speaker
- At Minimum, Intermediate in Mandarin Chinese
- Experience in technical or manufacturing sectors preferred
- Experience in administration or project management preferred
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)
