Responsibilities - Overview
Flash Development
1. Attends project kick-off, technical kickoff, design, and review meetings
2. Transforms client goals into compelling, usable, media-rich interactive experiences
3. Interfaces and coordinates with team members, including but not limited to project
management, creative, and technology
4. Writes clean, documented, reusable, and scalable ActionScript code for deployment on web
and mobile platforms
5. Uses coding standards and templates assigned by Trigger (i.e., the “coding standards”)
6. Maintains a coding skill set consistent with current and upcoming Flash platform capabilities,
sharing knowledge as applicable
7. Works at both detailed and abstract levels
8. Solves problems creatively
9. High productivity
10. Communicates time and milestone estimates accurately
11. Other duties as assigned
