IQBB is a Hong Kong base company that is set up in China to help children to have fun with learning. Not many places in China understand how and why foreign student are among the elite while they are a step backward. Parents do not understand the importance of having parents to involve with their baby and we want to hire overseas teacher to come and help us set up the first playgroup. This playgroup is not only to help the kids but also help the parents to glue with the interest of their baby learning. We hope we can find a group of teacher that become a family to help us build the culture and future of our baby in our district!
Location of the school - China Shenzhen
Start date - ASAP
Level of the student – 0 to 3 years old (each child should have one adult to take care) and each class not more than 10 students
Work schedule – 5 days a week from 9am to 12noon, 2pm to 7pm (teaching load: 15-20 classes a week (one hour each)
Requirements
? ? Design, develop and implement teacher training plans
? Monitor and maintain teaching quality
? Guide and supervise teacher’s day to day routine work
? Work closely with marketing and sales in the development of new business
Requirements:
? Native English Speaker
? Minimum of Two years teaching experience after graduation with emphasis on young learners (0 to 3 years old)
? Work weekends
? Teach Young Learners (0 to 3 years old)
? Clean criminal record
