Home Channel is a professional residential service company that aims to provide a stress-free relocation service to expatriates in Shanghai.
Our team is of local bilingual young agents with abroad working experience and good knowledge of real estate industry. Due to quick expanding of our team this year, We are looking for 1-2 more admin assistant and customer.
DUTIES:
Service officer to assist our sales department
Assist Sale manager for daily operation
Assist French Consultant with his sales work daily admin assistant ( office suppliers, deliver FaPiao, Pay rental, courrir)
Applying visa for foreign employers
Revise picture+ add logo back stage website control customer service to signed clients
Help client check in new apartment and follow up service to new client
Keep in contact with our advertising suppliers
REQUIREMENTS: Chinese citizen, Fluent Wirtten and spoken English, well organzied, pay attentions to details at work patient and friendly, willing to help a good team player
OFFER: Basic salary+ Bonus
Probation period: 1800rmb per month
After probation: 3000rmb as basic salary+ performance bonus
