General Summary of the Purpose of the Position
This leadership position is responsible for managing Starkey China Operations. This includes direct responsibilities for Microelectronic Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory/ISO, IT, Supply Chain and Facility operations. It also includes close working collaboration with Human Resources and Finance. The Director of China Operations will ensure that practices, processes, tools and techniques align to improve service levels, productivity, quality, cost, and employee skills. This position will also manage activities and initiatives in alignment with corporate strategies and direction. Specific duties are as follows.
