主要工作职责: 1、负责省区内整体后勤事务; 2、负责公司下达的文件、政策、通知等信息及时、完整地传达与反馈; 3、负责省区报告管理、报告台帐维护的工作及所需上交表格催交; 4、负责协助本部各职能部门进行相关信息、数据、费用等方面的执行及监督。 任职资格描述: 1、工作经验:有一年以上的行业工作经验、相应文字及财务、电脑操作能力,有知名外企相关工作经验者优先; 2、专业学历及知识要求:财务、统计或计算机等相关专业中专以上学历;拥有较好的文字功底、财务知识;熟练掌握电脑及各种办公软件操作;
